RetroDrive（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが利用するデータと、その取り扱いを説明します。
1. 本アプリが直接収集する情報
本アプリの提供者が、利用者を直接識別できる氏名、住所、メールアドレスなどを収集したり、独自のサーバーへ送信したりすることはありません。
ゲーム設定、進行状態、裏面の解放状態など、一部のデータは本アプリの動作に必要な範囲で端末内に保存されます。裏面は、むずかしいでターボを維持し、ノーミスで10個のハートを集めてクリアすると解放されます。裏面では、表面より敵車の台数が増えます。アプリを削除すると、これらのローカルデータは削除される場合があります。
2. 広告と同意管理
本アプリは、任意で視聴できるリワード広告のためにGoogle Mobile Adsを利用します。広告配信や計測のため、Googleまたはそのパートナーが、端末・アプリ情報、広告識別子、利用状況、診断情報などを取り扱う場合があります。取り扱いの範囲は地域、同意状況、端末の設定によって異なります。
広告に関する同意は、Googleの同意管理機能を通じて確認・変更できます。本アプリに「プライバシー設定」ボタンが表示される場合は、そこから設定を開けます。

3. 購入とGame Center
アプリ内課金はAppleのStoreKitを通じて処理されます。決済情報は本アプリの提供者が取得・保存しません。購入状況の確認に必要な情報は、Appleの仕組みにより処理されます。
Game Centerを利用する場合、認証やリーダーボードのスコア送信はAppleのGame Centerによって処理されます。本アプリの提供者がGame Centerのアカウント情報を独自に取得・保存することはありません。
4. 第三者への提供
本アプリの提供者は、利用者の個人情報を販売しません。広告、購入、Game Centerなど、機能の提供に必要な第三者サービスで処理されるデータについては、それぞれのサービス提供者のポリシーが適用されます。
5. 安全管理と保存期間
端末内に保存するデータは、本アプリの機能を提供する目的でのみ使用します。第三者サービスが取り扱うデータの保存期間や削除方法は、各サービス提供者のポリシーおよび設定に従います。
6. お問い合わせ
本ポリシーや本アプリに関するお問い合わせは、サポートページから公開リポジトリのIssuesをご利用ください。パスワード、決済情報、個人を特定できる情報は送信しないでください。
7. ポリシーの変更
本アプリの機能や利用するサービスの変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、このページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

RetroDrive respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.
Information collected directly
The app provider does not collect or send names, addresses, email addresses, or other information that directly identifies you to an independently operated server. Game settings, progress, and unlock status may be stored locally on your device to provide the app's features. The Back Side is unlocked by clearing the Hard difficulty while staying in Turbo, collecting all 10 hearts without a crash. It increases the number of enemy cars compared with the Front Side.
Advertising and consent
The app uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads. Google or its partners may process device and app information, advertising identifiers, usage data, and diagnostics for advertising and measurement. The scope depends on your region, consent, and device settings.
You can review or change advertising consent through Google's consent management tools. If the app displays a Privacy Options button, you can open the settings there. See Google's Privacy Policy for more information.
Purchases and Game Center
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The app provider does not receive or store payment details. Authentication and leaderboard submissions through Game Center are processed by Apple, and the app provider does not independently collect or store Game Center account information.
Sharing, retention, and contact
The app provider does not sell personal information. Data processed by advertising, purchase, and Game Center providers is governed by their policies. For questions about this policy or the app, use the support page. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identifying information.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the app or its services change. The revised policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
